Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to VPNCap accounts, subscription services, and related client access. Please read the rules below and the Privacy Policy before activating or using the service. If you have questions, contact us through a user panel ticket. If you disagree with these terms, stop using the service.
Service Scope
VPNCap provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, using military-grade encrypted connections over international routes to support cross-border access. Coverage includes 90+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel shows the specific routes and client access options available.
This service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, content, or usage authorization for third-party websites. Access to international websites remains subject to each destination service's regional policies and terms of use. A successful connection does not guarantee that a destination service will allow access.
Account & Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must keep their passwords and subscription links secure and must not publish them publicly, resell subscriptions, or share accounts or subscriptions with others. There is no limit on simultaneous devices for the account holder's own devices; this does not authorize distributing the service to others.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire.
Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan, amount, and billing method before placing an order, and keep the order record. Client downloads, subscription retrieval, and order lookup are all available through the user panel.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where they use the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing unlawful content, or infringing another person's privacy or intellectual property. Users must not disrupt the normal operation of other users or third-party networks.
Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content and use of the service are lawful. VPNCap's network connectivity and military-grade encryption do not replace legal obligations or constitute approval of third-party content, transactions, or conduct.
Availability & Liability
Connection performance depends on local networks, international links, device configuration, maintenance, and destination service policies. VPNCap does not guarantee that every route will remain available or that specific websites, regional content, or apps will always be accessible. Maintenance or outages may interrupt connections or lead to route changes.
If a problem occurs, first check your plan status, subscription updates, and local connection. Then provide the necessary diagnostic details through a ticket; do not submit your password or full subscription link. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this service is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party failures, user configuration errors, or events beyond reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, specifying the relevant order and your refund request so the transaction can be verified. No reason for dissatisfaction is required.
Refund requests are verified against order records; these terms do not impose a separate usage threshold. Progress is communicated through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, and no fixed arrival time is promised. The related paid benefits end once a refund is completed.
Account Termination & Changes to These Terms
If an account is resold, publicly shared, used for unlawful activities, or used to disrupt service operations, VPNCap may restrict the related connections, suspend the account, and investigate. Confirmed serious violations may result in termination of service. If a user believes action was taken in error, they may request a review by submitting the order details and relevant information through a ticket. Rights protected by law are not excluded by account action.
VPNCap may update these terms due to service changes or legal requirements, and will revise the last-updated month on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Updates will not retroactively reduce refund commitments already in effect. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the service and contact us through a ticket.
